We had a call from a client at Blue Bay who had noticed a few dark spots on their ceiling.
We came out and inspected it and identified that there were a few screws that had lost there rubber seals and that the ridge capping had lifted in a few spots.
We replaced over 100 screws and tightened everything back up.
After a few good rain episodes this seems to have solved the issue.
